Shipping
Delivery time and charges
The average delivery time is between 10-12 weeks. We can deliver goods to anywhere in the UK and internationally.
We offer a white glove delivery service where your piece will be expertly delivered and installed, upon receipt of delivery each piece will be left perfectly and a customer signature will be required. We may require access information and we ask for all doorways and hallways to be considered before delivery.
International delivery
For international shipping we offer a number of delivery options. Please contact us and we give you a bespoke quote for the level or service you require.
Additional delivery charges may apply depending on delivery address and location including duties and taxes.
Please note that shipping charges from the warehouse to the customer paid for at the time of order are non-refundable.
Returns
General
ROOME LONDON furniture are made to order bespoke pieces and therefore cannot be returned. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item, we will do everything possible to organise a replacement. There are no additional charges for faulty or damaged items.
If you notice any fault or damage, please report this to contact@roomelondon.com within 10 days of receipt. Please attach pictures clearly and state your name, order number and contact details.
Exceptions
If you made a purchase of our Lennon decorative box through our website, you have 14 days to initiate a return from the date an order is delivered.
Please note that returns are processing at a slower rate than usual in light of current global events. It may take 1 - 2 weeks to process your return once it is received.
The product must be returned to us with original packaging, undamaged and alongside your order number. Please email us on contact@roomelondon.com. You will receive a notification once we receive your item back at our warehouse and begin processing your return.
Due to international duties and taxes, we are unable to accept international returns.
