How to Buy

STEP 1.  SHOP BY FURNITURE TYPE OR PATTERN

We offer two ways to shop. If you’re looking for a particular piece of furniture, shop by ‘furniture collection’. 

Alternatively, visit our ‘pattern library’ to view all our stunning prints and see the furniture pieces available in each print.  

STEP 2. CHOOSE YOUR PATTERN SAMPLES

If you are unsure which pattern would be best for your space and chosen furniture piece, you can purchase a fabric sample, this will be refunded against any purchase.

You can expect to receive it within 3-5 working days. 

 STEP 3. PLACE YOUR ORDER

Once you have received your samples and chosen your desired pieces, you can place your order on our website or call or email us. 

Top tip:

We recommend that you check the size and dimensions of your chosen furniture piece before purchase to ensure that you have allocated enough space.

 STEP 4. DELIVERY

As each piece is made to order and crafted by hand in England, our delivery time is approximately 10-12 weeks from the purchase date.

We currently ship to the U.K only, shipping is free.

While you wait, our team will be in touch to give you regular updates and show you the stages of its handcrafted production.  

Once your bespoke piece of furniture is having its finishing touches applied, we will contact you to arrange a delivery date and time convenient for you.  

STEP 5. INSTALLATION

Each handcrafted piece is delivered to you by our white glove delivery team who will carefully install it, taking the utmost care of your piece and surroundings. 

Our team will remove and recycle all packaging and wrapping used, please refer to our  ‘Care Guide', which is available here. 

Please note that it is your responsibility to think about any access limitations that might occur for the item you are buying. Doorways and stairwells should be checked in advance to prevent any damage. Please refer to the measurements in the product specification for each piece. 

As every piece is made to order, we are also able to assemble pieces on-site if needed.
