STEP ONE: Consultation
We work directly with you - the client or your interior designer. We provide an initial complimentary consultation where we discuss your requirements. During this meeting we use the information provided, help to develop ideas and explain all options or opportunities available to you. All design details, materials and finishes will be explored, considered and recommendations made, working together with you in delivering your vision.
Fabric – using our fine upholstery methods
We can work with your choice of fabric or help source fabric to fit your requirements. We will advise you on best options for different furniture design shapes.
Hand Painted finish – hand painted by surface pattern design Charlotte Beevor
Should you want to use our hand painted finish on your furniture piece, we help you select paint colours from our paint charts or work with you if you have a preferred paint supplier. Our painted furniture is created by award-winning surface pattern designer, Charlotte Beevor, who will be on hand to bring your design idea to life.
STEP TWO: Design proposal
We will create a design proposal presented with 2D or 3D drawings to give you an idea of how your furniture piece will look like, detailing material and finishes specifications, as well as dimensions, a final quote and estimated delivery time. Once the bespoke design is signed off, the production stage will commence. A full payment is required before production starts.
STEP THREE: Production
Our talented craftsman methodically and meticulously handcraft your furniture piece. Combining traditional skills, passed down from generation to generation, with modern technology and engineering allows us to undertake ambitious projects in terms of design and complexity. During the production stage, we will keep you informed about the progress, sending you regular updates at every stage. Even though we aim to deliver our bespoke furniture within the agreed timeline, we will notify you at the earliest opportunity, should there be an unprecedented or unexpected delay beyond our control.
STEP FOUR: Delivery
Once the bespoke piece is ready for delivery, we will contact you and arrange a suitable delivery date confirmed via email. We provide a white glove delivery service for our furniture pieces with one of our representatives being present, if the delivery is within the UK mainland. This ensures that the piece is placed in its new home with the utmost care.
