While the colours found within this print are inspired by African shades, the shapes are inspired by African tribal shapes from the 1950’s. The mix of the two creates bold statement shapes and a striking colour palette.
First shown at the Old Post Office building during London Fashion Week, Africa was part of a Spring/Summer collection that presented raw silk cocktail dresses and jackets.

Amy Molyneaux is an established fashion designer, who was responsible for the creative direction of iconic 90s fashion label PPQ and is now Creative Director at Lelloue, a luxury resort brand.
